Studio Legale Massimo Biasiotti Mogliazza was established by Avv. Massimo Biasiotti Mogliazza, following a spin off from the firm of Avv. Giovanni Francesco Biasiotti Mogliazza which has operated in Rome in the area of civil law since 1963.

Avv. Massimo Biasiotti Mogliazza was admitted to the Rome Bar in 1995 and in2008 to the Special Roll of the Supreme Court. He has worked professionally since 1990, mainly specializing in the following areas: labour law, corporate law, financial and tax law, insurance law and copyright law , representing important national and international clients and managing and directing the Practice, coordinating the Firm’s attorneys.
