Advice in copyright law with a particular expertise in the areas of cinema, television and publishing.
In the cinema sector, the Practice offers legal and contractual advice in the transferring, licensing or granting of rights on scripts, synopsises, directing and sound tracks, as well as in the subsequent phases of development, production, post-production and distribution of the film and audiovisual work in general, up to the negotiation and drafting of the contracts necessary for the realization of the film (co-productions, executive production, crew contracts, distribution contracts).

LABOUR LAW
Assistance and advice in labour litigation. The Firm manages labour law cases in both the judicial and extrajudicial areas.
Legal assistance, from hiring to firing, in all the phases of employment, as well as advice on labour relations in self- employment, drafting of individual work contracts according to the different sectors as provided by law, project-based contracts, fixed-term contracts etc.

INSOLVENCY AND DEBT MANAGEMENT
Assistance in debt collection both in extrajudicial (intimations, transactions etc) and judicial (warning procedures, insolvency and enforcement procedures) matters.

Activity involving assistance and legal advice regarding tenders for contract in virtue of legislative decree of 12 april 2006, n. 163 and subsequent implementation and enforcement regulations.

• Preparation of European tenders for Outsourcing contracts for the acquisition of the supply of goods / services;
• Preparation of calls for tender with negotiation and restricted procedures for the Outsourcing of contracts for the acquisition of the supply of goods / services;
• Preparation of contracts and framework agreements to be stipulated with the company awarded the contract.
